The Town of Erin invites proposals from qualified organizations or individuals to deliver a diverse range of recreational services and programs. These offerings may pertain to all ages, interests, and abilities, in line with the Town's commitment to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging community.
Objectives:
- Enhance recreation opportunities for all ages, abilities, and interests.
- Provide accessible and inclusive programs that appeal to the community.
- Support physical and mental well-being through varied and multifaceted activities.
Scope:
We are seeking proposals in a variety of areas including:
- Sports or Multi-Sport
- Arts and Culture
- Technology, Science, and STEM
- Health and Wellness
- Specialized Programs
Submission Requirements:
Interested parties should include the following in their submission:
- Organization/Individual Details: Name, contact information, history, and qualifications.
- Program Proposal: Comprehensive description of proposed programs, target demographic, and alignment with Explore - Play - Connect principles.
- Budget Estimates: Detailed outline of proposed fees, expenses, and revenue model in partnership with the Town.
- Deliverables: Expected outcomes, milestones, and evaluation process.
- Additional Information: Any support requirements or information, such as how inclusivity and accessibility will be ensured.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be assessed based on:
- Alignment with community needs and Town objectives.
- Innovation and creativity in program design.
- Capability to deliver inclusive and accessible programs.
- Financial affordability and sustainability.
- Non-Duplication: Submissions will also be reviewed for duplication with current services or programs available in the community.
Submission Deadline:
All proposals must be submitted by August 22, 2025, for Fall 2025 Programs. Ongoing submissions will be considered for future sessions.
