Office of the Ombudsman

The Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario is an impartial investigator who investigates complaints regarding the administration of a municipality’s services or programs when the municipality’s internal complaint process hasn’t resolved the issue.

Paul Dubé was named Ontario Ombudsman in 2016 and reappointed for a second five-year term on April 1, 2021.

The Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario is available to act as Ombudsman for The Town of Erin as part of our commitment to transparent and accountable government.
