Town of Erin Launches New Website

The Town of Erin is excited to announce the launch of our new website - www.erin.ca. The newly launched website has been designed to offer the ultimate user-friendly experience, by making it easier for users to find the information they need faster. The Town re-designed the website with a few goals in mind, including a clean and simple appearance, ease of navigation, with a new "mega-menu", and functionality that was driven by the needs of users - residents, businesses and visitors. 

The new, service-focused website is mobile-friendly, secured for user privacy protection and was made with meeting accessibility standards as a priority. A website is used as a portal to find important information regarding Town programs, services, current initiatives, taxes, and utilities and is imperative that information is presented in an accessible manner for every user. The Town's new website offers residents with an enhanced platform to find opportunities to stay connected and continue to find ways to get involved in Town initiatives.

"We are pleased to be able to provide residents with the same important information in a more user-friendly and accessible manner," said Jessica Spina, Communications & Special Projects Officer. "Council and Staff are committed to continuing to find new ways to connect with residents, while providing open and transparent information and this new website is just one of the new communication initiatives that the Town of Erin has enhanced this year," said Mayor Allan Alls. 

The Town of Erin encourages residents to visit the website often to stay up-to-date with what is happening in the Town. The website is a living document and we welcome feedback from users on what they like about the new site and what improvements could still be made.
