Significant Weather Event

Please use extreme caution on roads and sidewalks

ERIN, ON: In accordance with the Provincial Minimum Maintenance Standards, the Town of Erin is declaring a Significant Weather Event at 7:00 a.m. local time due to forecasted and/or observed weather conditions.

Please note that the declaration of a significant weather event is not a notice of a reduced level of service or a road closure.  The declaration is to notify the public that due to the current or forecasted conditions, caution is to be observed when travelling on roads and using sidewalks maintained by the Town of Erin as they are in a state of repair until an end to the significant weather event is declared.  Please use caution and allow yourself extra time to reach your destination.
