To register for paperless water billing, please submit your email address to water@erin.ca.
Once you have signed up, you will no longer receive a “paper” water bill. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Town of Erin has your up to date email address. Your participation in the “paperless” billing program will be cancelled if your email billing is returned undeliverable.
Payment options for your water bill are as follows:

In person at the Town of Erin Municipal office - cash, cheque, debit, credit – for credit card transactions a 2% credit card recovery fee will be added to the amount due

Nightly drop box at the Town of Erin Municipal office – cheques only

Online banking through your financial banking institution - ensure you are using your correct water account number
