Notice of Cancellation of Public Meeting - November 24, 2020

Please be advised that as a result of a recent area wide internet and home phone outage from one of the service providers, affecting the GTA and surrounding areas, the Town of Erin has made the decision to cancel the public meetings (Z20-06, OPA 11, File 2020-05, Z20-04, Z20-08) scheduled for this evening, Tuesday, November 24, 2020.

The Town is committed to ensuring that the municipality can conduct business in an effective and efficient manner, while ensuring public participation is available in an accessible format. Due to the area wide outage, the Town does not feel that residents will be provided a fair and equal opportunity for oral submissions or to connect to the meetings regarding the zoning applications. 

Please be advised that necessary notice will be provided and communicated outlining the new meeting dates, in accordance with the Planning Act.
