Asset Management Plan
What is Asset Management?
Asset Management Planning is the process of making the best possible decisions regarding the building, operating, maintenance, renewal, replacement, and disposal of infrastructure assets. The objective is to maximize benefits, manage risk, and provide satisfactory levels of service to the public in a financially sustainable manner.
The Town of Erin owns and operates a variety of assets that are needed to support the delivery of municipal services. This includes things like roads, brudges, and buildings. These, and other assets, are operated and renewed in accordance with the Town's Asset Management Program.
