Shop Local

The Town of Erin is working to promote our vibrant business community and encourage shoppers to support Erin owned businesses. In partnership with the County of Wellington the Town has created three short videos that will promote “Eating Local”, “Using Local” and “Buying Local”.

In addition to helping build the local economy, there are many benefits that come from supporting businesses:

“Local businesses are usually owned and operated by our neighbours!  They care about and are invested in the well-being of our community and its future.”

“Local businesses are more accountable to their local communities and donate more money to non-profits.”

“Supporting local businesses is good for the environment because they often have a smaller carbon footprint than larger companies.”

We would like to thank all businesses that took part in this video series and encourage everyone to share the videos and experience the Town of Erin.
