Join us for a virtual Town Hall to further discuss the Town of Erin's Wastewater project. We understand that residents and business owners may have questions or concerns surrounding the project and we hope to address them during this Town Hall.

Panelists include: Mayor Allan Alls, Nathan Hyde - CAO, Nick Colucci - Director of Infrastructure Services, Paul Evans - Director of Building / Enforcement Services & Chief Building Official, Gary Scandlan - Watson & Associates, and Gary Thorne - WSP.

The Virtual Town Hall will be conducted through WebEx and participation requires registration.

The SC+ program is an advanced 4 month program designed to source out pain points within your business; define and design a customized implementation plan matched with up to $5,000 in grant money to get the problem solved so you can get back to building your business!

Digital Main Street is focused on assisting main street small businesses with their adoption of technologies

Digital Main Street is a funding and training program supported as part of a partnership between the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario.

The program includes training to help you thrive in the growing digital landscape, and grant funding of up to $2,500 to help bring your business online or expand your digital footprint.

Access to experts and leadership coaching to boost business momentum!

Through this program, Innovation Guelph offers the greatest acceleration for women-founded scale-ups across Canada who are ready to advance their businesses!

If your Canadian company is scalable, women-led or co-founded, and generating a minimum of $200,000, you can qualify for this program.
Fast Lane!
The Fast Lane program is specially designed to help you overcome your tough business challenges!

For small to medium-sized enterprises who are looking to scale -up their businesses, you can apply for a free deep-dive into your business and subsequent access to project funding. Fast Lane provides $8,000-10,000 in business scale-up services.

If your company generates $1 Million or more in annual revenue, if you are in one of the following sectors: agri-food, technology, manufacturing, clean technology, bio technology, digital media ICT and have less that 500 employees you may be accepted into this program.
Personal Protective Equipment Funding Available

Central Counties would like to offset some of the costs associated with PPE's, by offering to pay 50% of your expenses, up to a maximum of $1,000 ($2,000 total expense). Plexiglass, sanitizing stations, masks, stickers, etc.

Any Town of Erin private or not-for-profit business in the hospitality and recreation sectors is eligible.  This includes, but is not limited to, accommodators, attractions, tour operators, specialty retail, restaurants, art/culture spaces, museums, heritage sites, conservation/nature areas, etc.

Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first come, first awarded basis.

Guelph-Wellington Urban Agriculture Challenge



The Guelph-Wellington Smart Cities initiative, in collaboration with 10C, announced the Guelph-Wellington Urban Agriculture Challenge (GWUAC). This program, led by Harve$t Impact—a social financing program of 10C and a core pillar of the Our Food Future—is calling for projects that will support circular economic recovery and accelerate food production, getting more food to the table with less environmental impact.

The three categories are:
1. Transformative Urban Agriculture: $70,000 for one innovative, food growing project in an urban or town setting.
2. Scaling Out Community Agriculture: $20,000 for a food growing project that has the potential to grow community wide.
3. Shovel and Fork Fund: $2,000 each for six initiatives that support community food growing.
